The Huber Heights Optimist Club is dedicated to supporting initiatives that promote optimism and positive development in our youth. We understand the power of community programs and are proud to offer grant opportunities to help turn innovative ideas into reality.
Applying for a Grant
We invite educators, organizations, and individuals passionate about youth development to apply for a grant that could support their project or program. If you have an initiative that aligns with our mission of bringing out the best in children, we encourage you to apply.
How to Apply:
- Download the Grant Request Form
Begin by downloading our Grant Request PDF form. This form will capture all the information we need to understand your project and how it will benefit the youth of Huber Heights. Download the Grant Request Form - Complete the Form
Fill out the form with detailed information about your initiative. Please ensure all sections are completed fully to avoid any delays in the review process. - Submit Your Request
Once you have completed the form, you may submit it by either:
- In Person: Bring your completed form to one of our monthly meetings or any club event.
- Email: Send the completed form as an attachment to a designated club member’s email (please provide a specific email address here).
- Mail: If you prefer or are unable to submit your form in person or via email, please mail it to the following address:

Submission Deadlines
Grant requests are reviewed on a quarterly basis.
Review Process
All grant requests are reviewed by our Grant Committee. Applicants may be contacted for further information or to arrange a meeting to discuss the proposal in more detail. Grant recipients will be notified and may be invited to a club meeting to receive the grant and share their project plans.
